• 30-Day Refunds: You may return your item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
• Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing or shipping issue, we’ll provide a full refund or replacement at no cost.
• Customer-Damaged Items: Items that are damaged, altered, or become defective due to misuse, normal wear, washing, or any damage caused after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
• Free Size Exchanges: Need a different size? We offer free size exchanges within 30 days, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
